William Scott & Associates Threats of being The Federal agencies representing the US Courts and threats of suspension of Drivers license Southfield Michigan

I received a call from 248-579-0350, the caller identified hereslf as an officer of the courts. Stating I owe over $3700.00 for check disception and fraud of a payday loan accout covered and funded by the goverment. This debt is rapidly approaching 7years and my drivers license would be suspended and I would be arrested if not paid immeadiately. 

I was also told if I paidi by bank card of any sorts that $1000 would be deducted if I paid now, OR I could pay weekly... when I questioned who I owed and why that amount the call excalated with a very demanding tone of my disrespect and attitude towards an officer of the courts. That my file would be submitted at 2:00pm and a officer would come to my address and arrest me this evening. 

At first I started to panic and wonder what I could do, Im unemployed for over 5 years and have no source of income at this time. And then I calmed down and replayed the conversation in my head and realised there were a number of discrepencies and very ignorant statements made to me about this debt... WOW this form of collection is not only illegal it's also insulting and un exceptable!   

I will be reporting a complaint with my states District Attorneys office, I will also be calling the courts to see if any such warrants has been issued. My motto is " O what needless pains (worries) we bare, all because we do not carry EVERYTHING to God in Prayer"
