he was lost and driving a rental car.  He pulled over to the shoulder, and as we were passing him, he suddenly turned 90 degrees into the side of our car AND HIT US in the middle of the front passenger door.  I stopped, and he came up behind us.  No one was hurt, and he said that he had purchased full coverage insurance from Enterprise. 

We were out of cel phone range, so I told him that it was his fault, and he acknowledged that fact in front of me and two passengers.  I took his name, and said that I expected a call from the insurance company the next morning, and he said that he would report it right away.

I never heard from Kemper insurance, so we called our State Farm insurance, and they told me that they had already settled the claim, in favor of Kemper, and that this lying jerk had blamed me for the wreck, and threatened them with a lawsuit or at least told them that he is a lawyer...

I now have a "point" on my driving record,  and my insurance  rate has doubled, because the insurance companies got together and realized that they couldn't raise Enterprise's rates, because they are such a big account, so they made me "51%" at fault, and raised the bill.  Insurance companies are not your "good neighbor" or your "friend".

If I had known that this weasel was a lawyer, I never would have let him off so easily,,,He is a little worm, and was shaken up, and clearly at fault, so I just relied upon him to report the facts and to have his insurance call me,,,BIG MISTAKE.  So I see that the Ripoff Report about his unethetical and unprofessional conduct has risen up on the google search page to be just under his own webpages, so I hope that this will be part of that story too
