 Out of curiosity morbid curiosity I've actually seen a large volume of reports on william Vance Erik Anderson, and Mayuka Shibata Anderson. This report and it's attached comments is stunning. First off the initial report is accurate, and yet fails to grasp the full measure of the andersons criminal harassments and actions. Concerned citizen and latest victim seem to be both accurate and genuine. The other two rebuttals are obviously the andersons themselves, "and the truth shall set you free" is obviously Van, as he calls himself. Van, you should be absolutely ashamed... No, strike that, you should be in prison. As a personal friend of Mr. Compton, and having seen the number of times he helped you out for free, or reduced rate rewarded with harassment and lawsuit from you, and after reading the letter you posted to him threatening suit for slander against him as irrational as it was, you then actually slandered him on this forum. Evidenced and irrefutable at this point. I've forwarded the link to him and encouraged him to pursue civil and criminal against you, and genuinely hope that he does. Because somebody clearly must. I've watched you scale fences to get into high school football games and send your children about selling cookies at high school events to pocket the money, I know several "scholarship" recipients who were harassed and never paid the scholarship awarded them in your name, and I stood by as you pitched the idea of other people buying houses for you to rent out and "manage" dozens of times. I've watched you scam your auto insurance, homeowners insurance, tenants and associates and anyone who was gullible enough to donate to one of your frauds. You know me Van, . You pitched your home buying scam at me also and I politiely declined. I know you too well to do business with you, and I can only feel empathy for those who have, because your actions are criminal

 I am Mr. Anderson Anderson's latest viticm. He has attempted to get a loan in my name, run around telling County officals that I was mentally ill. What Mr Anderson did not know was that my Dissertation is on the Mentally Ill and the Police. An educational program to assist the police in assessing the mentally ill. He has threatened me saying I was leaving his rental one way or the other. All county officals say is "it is a civil matter". He met with a building inspector on June 15 just to keep from getting inspected. On June 22 he met with the Health/ Safety inspector and did the very same thing. He is now threatening me again and there is nothing anyone can do to stop it.

First Van was not removed from the Army for not meeting standars, and country serves in the Nation Guard.

Second Van presents his business modle to every potential investor.   He also recruited business partneres who  hold and work in the professional skilled trades.   Plumberes, electricians, builders, carpenters just to name a few.   These houses are financed on 30 or 40 year notes.

The problem, in short, is two fold.  First the partneres with skilled trades, some have failed to show up and make needed repairs to rental unit, as per their contract as a limited partner.  When Van was forced to out source repairs that the equity partner did not make; they became in breach of contract, and outside skilled workers are brought in to make the repairs.   Consequently, the partner in the rental home with the skilled trade would be billed for the repairs.   This of course makes sense because the other partneres do not have to pay out of their investment too cover a non preforming partner.

The next big problem, is other investors and partners would in a short period of time want the return of their limited partnership investment.   What has to be understood here is that these a re rental homes; and this bussiness is not a short term investment.  It takes time money to find homes, pay school board taxes, permitting etc.   And when the folks quit, they are foreclosed on, on  their share in the property.  While the other investeres and the Anderson have too shoulder economically the failure of the partners.  And lets not forget the housing crisis.

Yes, Van  set up a scholarship program, at the high school he attended.    The scholarship progame promoted certain academic programs. such as foreign langures arts and football.   In addition to scholarship the Anderson's sponsored the football lteam and ski club. The school did not suse  the money for it's intended purpose, and would not alow the Andersons to attend school football games in the sponsors  VIP box.    He was treated poorly by the school, and school district.   The scholarship has not existed in over tens years.  He also pulled his kids out of public schools and put them in private school.

this report on the Anderson's, and their ethics, has enlightened a number of people, and hopefully will slow or stop theSE practices. 

the rebutal by Anderson names two parties which seem irrelevant to the statements made against Anderson. Knowing for a fact that Anderson's statements against one of these two are entirely false, and having witnessed the fraudulent acts Anderson undertook against that one, I would not hesitate to say that the allegations he brings against the other party are also entirely false. 

From my third party view, I watched Anderson engage in vexatious litigation as a practice of habit, creating lost time and expensea for others far exceeding his initisl harms which brought them to court, thsee events spanned years of Anderson intentionally creating problems for others with the intent to exploit undeserved gains from their efforts. 

Being a local resident and being present and witness to many of Anderson's antics, I assure you that this report is only a small part of the acts the Anderson's have undergone against others. These are not the first acts of this type, nor are they an isolated incident between Anderson and the two individuals named by Anderson. 

Having solid and healthy relationships with many in the community I can feel certain in saying that Anderson does not, and this report could have been made by any of hundreds, not just the two persons named by Anderson in his rebuttal. It was a group discussion on this report that brought to light some interesting points of contention to the rebuttal itself. 

Andersons actions soeak for themselves and tell a very detailed story all their own, completely opposing Anderson's rebuttal, though his words on this forum, account for those actions, in review Anderson openly displays sociopathic behavior with a tendency to favor paranoid and obsessive behavior. this appears to be in result of a completely fabricated presentation of how Anderson wishes to be accepted, traits that he purports himself as, which are not factual. As Anderson's income is based entirely off of these misrepresentations, his delusions stem from an absolute need to discredit factual reports on his activities. 

The Record in stockton, featured a series of articles on Anderson which are very enlightening. You will have to search the website under Anderson's full name, as a google search for Anderson will turn up volumes of spam. volumes of reports to the actions of Anderson appear to have been deleted in the last few years, which we agree is most likely the result of Anderson's tireless efforts to hide his true nature, and harasa a result, which again denotes sociopathic behavior, and is far more work than practicing ethical and legal business ethics, and being honest and factual in who you are. 

I'm somewhat amazed that Anderson's rebuttal was published, as it is based on Andersons statements of "frivolous law suits" by two people, where there is no indication or implication that these suits were anything but genuine attempts to recoup what was taken from them by Anderson. In reviewing the cases (thanks to the curiosity inspired by Anderson's publication of these events) it apoears that Anderson utilized the courts to literally harass a result, by accounting for a mass of time, continuances, changes of court location, irrelevant submissions of "evidence" repetitive filings, and appeals, where Anderson clearly drug these cases out to an effect of lost time and effort exceeding his initial damages. It's a very discrediting view of Anderson and the rest of his statements in review of his actions in these matters. 

I would express concern that Anderson is relying on hia misperception of his own credibility, and the hope that none would actually investigate his claims. I hope this is helpful and serves as a reminder that a persons accounting of themselves is not necessarilly an accountable and factual representation. 

In response to the above article which involves two main actors, Mr. Eric Compton and Mr Emir Sehic both of whom who brought and lost frivious legal action in the recent past. They now have embarked upon a campaign by which to harm my business. However, given that I have long term tenants and continued to expand my rental holdings demonstrate solid proof that refute that pervarications of these two perpatratraitors. The documentation that will be listed as enclosures will support my claims.

Specificly these enclosures will illuminate my civic involvement with various schools, cities, youth organizations, vetern organizations as well as military and civilian professional degrees.

In regards to income tax filing, these individuals lack any personal knowledge with respect to my timely filings. Further, while sponsoring scholarships, Mr. Sehic was asked to present these scholarships in 2010.

Mr Compton's knowledge of my business practicies are limited to his loss of suit in Superior Court and his eviction and subsequent removal from the commercial property in Healdsburg, CA. Though Mr. Compton claims he is a veteran, he has not presented his veterans affairs card nor his DD214 form as any proof of service. By Contrast Mr Sehic served honorabaly however, he attended law school and the expensive cost associated with this endeavour came due.

Mr Sehic's solution was to unload our partnership's properties on my wife and I while ignoring the effects of 2007 Real Estate bubble burst.

Please review his email to me as enclosure 1. The balance of this enclosure is requesting an enforcement of the settlement agreement which outlines the baseless attacks by these two individuals.
