Williams & Fudge - fudge on the facts Rock Hill South Carolina

I was contacted by a woman who identified herself as Ms. Barry from Williams Surgical. She wanted to know if a relative of mine was there. "No" I said.

She wanted to know if I would take a message and said, in an extremely friendly tone of voice that she'd make contact herself, but she'd checked her records and found this was the only phone number they had.

"Ms. Barry" first asked me to confirm my relationship with my relative, which I did. She then gave me a phone number and asked that my relative call her.

I then asked her a series of questions and learned she claims her name to be Marlissa Barry, that she was with a debt collection agency, that she got my name and cell phone number through a process she called skip tracing.

She became defensive and denied she had represented herself falsely, although clearly she had.

I subsequently learned that another representative of Williams Fudge - Williams Surgical, had contacted at least one non-relative associate with similar deceptive tactics and revealed the same information, illegally.
