williams scott & associates threatened me with warrent if I did not pay..said I owed 2172.60 in 60 days or I'd be accused an arrested for check fraud Internet

Hello, I jus want to know of this is real an if I am the victim of a scam. .I recieved a phone call several weeks ago from ace  Rogers at williams an Scott associates claiming I must pay a large amount of money in 60 days..that i must pay atleast 200 $ by noon the next day after receiving the call or I would have a warrant for check fraud..I in fact compiled an payed the amount asked of  2, 172.60 in the 60 days. He sounded serious an it seemed real. I did ask for further imfo on mu case an was told he'd try to get it for me..I would like some help of maybe retrieving my money back or some form of justice an hope that this scam is taking care of so that this doesn't happen to anyone else..please help me
