Williamson Enterprise Gregory Williamson Was paid but Never picked up my freight!! Englewood, Florida

We have used many shipping brokers in the past, but this guy (Greg Williamson) takes the cake.

Seems like the typical one man show working from his home office in Englewood FL.

I asked him to pick up 4 pallets of product in Columbus, and ship to our facility in Texas.

Full payment was made and I was told it would be here in about 4 days.

The pallets were never picked up, and my phone calls and emails weren't returned.

We eventually had Road Runner pick up the pallets (same day) and deliver them to us 3 days later, at a cheaper price might I add.

I paid about $300 less with Road Runner trucking company than I did with Williamson Enterprises.
Just goes to show some of these fly by night brokers tack on a hefty fee to make a phone call over to a trucking company to make the pick up.

I'll be dealing with the actual trucking companies more directly from now on. I don't believe these shipping brokers have much control over the shipments as they don't work for the actual trucking companies.

We have yet to receive our money back from Williamson Enterprises, my boss would like to file a lawsuit shortly.
