I received a letter from willoughby in august, stating:Dear Fabrice Eric: This letter serves as an official notice of a U.S dolar denominated cash payment being held in your name. And it also said my name will be maild to carefully screened companies that i will benefit from them. So, i started compliying to all there rules, signing and using my credit card to pay for the shipment as stated in the form. And a week letter, i started receiving so many letters from various companies which i cannot mention all there names here but just few. i used all my money mailin letters through UPS,FEDEX AND SO ON. Please help me if possible, because am an African man of just 24 years and things are so hard and i cannot even bear the fraustration now that the little money i had this companies have fraudulently collected it from me. Thanks for your concern and care.
