I contacted a mortgage broker to refinance my current mortgage company. I have had bad credit in the past and have been working hard to get it going again so it is difficult to find a company to refinance me at a decent rate. The company the broker got my preapproval with is Wilmington Finance so I decided to check on here and see these reports. If they aren't so good, any other suggestions for people with not so good credit in their past. I really don't have any bad credit now.
