Wilson County Abstract Company Wilson Company Abstract Time Share Purchase Topeka Kansas

Beware, I was contacted by the Wilson County Abstract Company requesting to purchase my time share in Mexico.  My first question I asked the representative was: how much is this going to cost me and when are you going to ask for my social security number.  I was told several times, that I would not be required to give any money up-front or at any time.  Well, if it's to good to be true..it is.  I contacted my attorney to review the contract issued by Wilson and she had a question regarding a $3,000 fee " that would be reimburesed at the time of the sale."  In the end I spoke with a second individual from Wilson who informed me I would have to pay $3,000 in order for the sale to proceed.  

The only funds I lost was what I paid my attorney to review the contract, however, had they been up-front with me regarding the the $3,000 fee, I would never have continued speaking with them. Second, when I confronted the original employee, he gave me several conflicting stories as to why he did not inform of the fee.  Just beware, had I not spoke with my attorney and signed the contract, I would have been on the hook for the 3k, as it is a binding contract.
