The problems started right after the contract was signed. We were told that construction for our new kitchen and powder room would begin about 1 week after all building permits were issued, this never happened.7 weeks after the permit was approved construction began. Workers showed up on the first day that had no idea what they were doing (hung over from the night before). There were numerous delays due to incompetant work, work halt orders from the township due to code violations and unsafe conditions. 8 weeks after construction began they were finished, but the work was not!!! They had only completed about 70% of the work, and would not return to complete the work. They had 90% of my money!!!!! I had to hire another builder to complete the job. I'm now in a legal battle and up to my neck in paper work!!!!!!
