Wimexbeauty Sold item defective and missing parts plus charged me for it Philadelphia Pennsylvania

I was totally ripoffed by this merchant. Not only did my product come with a defective part but was missing an extra piece that I paid extra for. This product had the wrong measurements on their website for the item and was claiming that I had the wrong measurements. My husband works as carpenter and builder that is all he does but measure and the woman still argued with me that I was wrong. Plus I had to return and pay for shipping charges which they should of paid as is was their fault. This company has poor and rude customer service and should be fined for treating previous customers this way. I work with people everyday in the beauty industry and my goal is too make sure they everything is satisfactory or better.
