winbidwin.com promised delivery of a free i phone 6 for the price of shipping Internet

Contacted customer support (561)210-4854. No response.

I responded on April 20 and received an acknoldgement from WinBidWin. My credit card was charged with $7.15 with reference "BJXLCAL.COM NANJING 44.34 CNY. visa recognized this as a fraud. There were seven additional charges every couple of days for about $50 which were all fraudulant.
