First off I've been a customer of Winchester Wireless since Nov 2011.  Things started off rocky because I've never had consistant and steady connection with Winchester Wireless since the switch was turned on.

I've been promised and promised that my connection would be stablized but as of today no promises kept. And I am fooled into believing there word that next week they will get me straight.  I don't know how many next weeks has gone by now but I am sick of it. I pay my dam bill on time and in full.   You'd think that alone would be an incentive to fix my connection issue.

I was orignally told by this company that upgrades on the mountain needed to be implemented to improve my connection as well as for others in my area, well thats done and Im still getting crappy services.

Now they've been telling me they need to boost the hight of the antenna on the montain in hopes to resolve my connectivity issues . But I've been asking when this is going to be done and Im told either due to weather or scheduling they've they'd have to schedule some one to go up and raise there antenna next week.

My service barely if at all works during the day light hours and during the hours of midnight to 9am I just might get a strong steady connection where I can watch Youtube videos. But keep in mind that I originally bought into this service so that I can work from home for my employer.

Bottom line is this, if a single paying customer is not important enough to get some one to fix the problem during the week then maybe they need to have someone fix it this weekend.  And right now I dont care if it's the company's president, but somebody needs to fix this now.

Recommendation

AUTHOR: Winchester Wireless - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, July 31, 2012

Mr. Wedlock,

We recommend that you consider canceling service and we will issue a buyback on your equipment.  When we originally installed your service in the Mtn. Falls area, we told you that it was an extremely difficult shot and we could not guarantee how well it would work once the foliage came out.  It is unfortunate that you have felt the need to post on this forum instead of just electing to terminate service and move in a different direction.  We are recommending you find a new provider as it is apparent that we are unable to meet your internet needs.  Please contact our office to discuss buyback options on the original equipment purchased.

Regards,

David Williamson
Owner
Winchester Wireless
