I Had Been Contacted By Window Concepts Of Minnesota, As I Was Seeking A Reputable And Quality Door/Window Contractor Via Service Magic. I Had Met With-

A Representative Of The Company, In Which I Had Ordered A New Front Door And- Storm Door, In Which About 6 Weeks Later, I Had Not Heard From Window Concepts-

So I Had Contacted Them And As Such, The Sales Representative Had To Arrive-Back At My Home Once Again On A Saturday On His Way To His Cabin, In Which To-Re-Order The Door, As The Original Door Ordered By Myself And Accepted By-Window Concepts Had Not Been Ordered From The Manufacture As Of Yet!

I Believe When The Sales Representative Had Written Up The Second Door Ordered-He Had Somehow Made Errors On The Re-Order In Which Is A Direct Result In The-Signifigance Of This Whole Matter, As The Door Had Arrived Nearly A Month After-The Sales Representative Was Out To My Residence To Re-Order Door For The-

Second Time, As The Door Was Installed And Due To Myself Being Handicapped In A Wheelchair, My Mobility Sucks, And If I Had Been More Moble, I Would Have-Probably Noticed That It Was The Wrong Door I Had Ordered Prior To Installation.

Anyway, I Had Inspected The Door Installation Once I Had Made My Way To The-Door Installed, And Had Noticed The Absence Of A Peephole And Wrong Door-Hardware I Had Originally Ordered Nearly 3 Months Prior To Installation, As I Had-Explained The Problem To The Installer, He Took It Upon Himself To Run To The-Nearest Hardware Store To Purchase A Cheap Aftermarket Peephole, In Which To-Install In The New Front Door! Upon Noticing Such Effort He Was About To Make-As To Drill A Hole In My Incorrect Newly Installed Front Door, I Had Stopped Him-Prior To Drilling A Hole And Expressed My Concerns Of Doing So, As I Had Explained-To Him, He Spoke Very Little English, Such Action Would Void The Manufacturers-Warrenty! He Abruptly Left My Residence Upset Making Negative Verbal Comments! I Had Attempted To Contact Window Concepts Via Registered Mail, As Advised By-My Company Legal Staff, In Which To Resolve The Issue Twice Without Reply-From Window Concepts. I Had Contacted The Original Manufacture Of The Door(s) And As I Was Advised Upon The Warrenty Being Voided By The Manufacture Of The- Door (s) If I Allowed The Installer To Continue With The Drilling And Installation-Of An Aftermarket Peephole, As This Was Simply An Obvious Effort To Take-Advantage Of The Situation And My Handicap By Window Concepts.
