I placed an order for a shutter arch on 9/2/04. I began to worry when I didn't have it by 10/2/04. I had already been debited the 200 dollars for the product. I was told the California rep was MIA and that my product would be another week or so and that they would get back to me. I never heard another thing but I received one email stating they would credit me after I cancelled my order. My credit was a store refund only and fifty dollars less than I was charged. I then wrote back stating I just wanted the blind or my money back and I have yet to hear anything from anyone. They don't answer email, their phones or return messages.
I just filed a complaint with the Northeast Florida BBB and plan to find as many of these sites as I can to warn people. Two hundred dollars is a lot to spend one one window and these people have not a care one about their customers.

They take your money as soon as you get off the phone, or they read your info from their web site.
Then, all contact stops. Nothing. Not a peep.
Nothing ever comes in the mail. You're left feeling pissed off and foolish.
What can you do? Run down to Florida over $200? The frauds know that isn't going to happen.
They offer this woman $150 in store credit. What the hell good is that? There's no store. She found that out the hard way.
There is one sure way to avoid all this. Buy in person. From a store near you.
If you insist on continuing to make internet purchases, then you can't say you haven't been warned.

The Florida attny general lists over 46 complaints against this company. Their practice is to delay and then ignore. They still don't ever answer their phone and if they do email you it is nasty and they blame all their customers for their own errors.

This company operates as the following:
windowtreatmentsandblins.com, blindfactoryoutlet.com, window visions of Florida and windowvisions.net.
The company owners are BOB and NADINE GLOMBOSKI and their address is 1816 West Cobblestone Lane, St. Augustine, Florida, 32092. They employ their son and his wife, ROBERT and ALISON GLOMBOSKI.
Their customers are all over the country and their scam is that you can't do anything unless you go to Florida and file in Small Claims Court.
If you find this site, join me in attempting to save future customers from being ripped off.
