Window Wholesalers, Inc. Mitch Bloch,V,P. Do NOT Purchase Replacement Windows From Window Wholesalers Berwyn Pennsylvania

 I recently purchased 9 replacement windows from Window Wholesalers through their company representative, Mitch Bloch.

All of the windows in my home have grids, so I repeatedly told Mr. Bloch that I wanted grids in the replacement windows. He assured me that the replacement windows would also have grids. "All of your new windows will have grids," was the comment   from Mr. Bloch. He also stated that there were "no hidden costs" with Window Wholesalers. The installers came to install the replacement windows. All was going well until they installed a set of triple living room windows that did not have grids. I contacted  the business office while the installers were present to let them know that there was a mistake with the order. The individual I spoke with was rude and extremely unprofessional. She stated that " I was lucky to get the windows at the price that I paid for them and should have paid more." She also said that the particular set of windows in question didn't have "grids" written on the order form. She further stated that I could get the gridded windows but I would have to pay more! So much for the " no hidden costs" statement on the order form. Mr Bloch was contacted and he stated that he "assumed" that the windows he ordered were what I wanted. If there was a question or confusion in his mind, why didn't he pick-up the phone and ask? I was spoken to so harshly and with such a nasty and hostile attitude by the woman in the office. I'm 85 years old and have a heart condition. To be treated in such an unkind manner was unnecessary. I just wanted to resolve the issue. Aesthetically, the plain windows look terrible! I simply want what I thought I paid for. I don't know how this company remains in business! The misrepresentation by the salespeople and the lack of customer service is going to eventually put them out of business! Don't purchase windows from Window Wholesalers!
