WindowRama Liars - Do not stand behind the Anderson products they sell Eatontown New Jersey

Stay far away from this shop!  I purchased over $25,000 of windows from Bob Mason at WindowRama.     The windows were broken and those that could be salvaged were incorrect/missing parts.   They were installed with the promise that they would be shortly fixed.   After a month or two of chasing after them, a vendor came to partially fix the windows, however, their vendor did significant damage to the walls and molding around the windows which was immediately reported to them.   WindowRama promised to pay for the damage.   After chasing them again for two months they told me that my contractors estimate to do the work was too high and they would need to come out and see the damage.   I made a special trip for Jason Livolsi to see the damage.  He agreed with the cost but said on of their vendors would need to do the work.     One month went by and I did not hear from them.  After numerous phone calls I was told today that matter is between me and Anderson.   I did not buy the windows from Anderson, I bought Anderson windows from WindowRama.
