while moving out of the windrift aparments in oceanside california the lead sales associate gave my husband and i wrong information that lead sales associate that ended up in us paying for a complete carpet replacement plus carpet cleaning upon move out. When we went to to the windrift office they basically said there was nothing they could do and gave us their corporate office number, we proceded in calling them and after several phone calls they gave us the "you signed legal documents" speel even though the associate that gave us the wrong information admitted to it. i would never rent from aimco agian and highly recomend anyone thinking about renting from them know that all they want is money and have no concern for the people living there
