Windsor Palms Resort 8157 Sun Palm Dr Orlando, FL Paul James Bug infestation in kitchen, dated appliances that don't work properly Orlando Fl

 We reserved a 6 bedroom villa and paid $1,700 for the use of said villa for 7 days. Villa has bug infestation in kitchen and bathrooms. Bugs come out at night and appear to be German cockroaches. We contacted owner, who insists bugs are beetles. Regardless, any type of bug infestation in the kitchen is simply unacceptable. Further, kitchen stove burns everything to a crisp, no matter what temperature we set it at. Dryer is old, smells bad, and takes hours to dry a load. As we have a baby with us, the stress of keeping her away from the bugs has been extremely stressful. We are particularly concerned about taking the bugs home with us. Owner has refused to compensate us for lost groceries and having to eat meals out. As we paid by check, in full months before traveling we have no recourse.
