 They falsely advertised a car as 100% stock, never modifiers with images and a phone conversation to show visually and confirm through converfsation on its paint and bodies "perfect" condition. When the car was received it was hammered s**t. Both body and paint and not mechanically as advertised. Body was not stock, panels, paint, hood, etc... as well as mechanically aimed of the parts were not stock and the parts that weren't, were so poorly put on (zip ties and missing bolts. All has been documented with video, time stamped pictures, verified by a very highly mechanic and documented along with every transaction and the threats made by the company tfo me as nd my wife while calling us criminals. We habe been so thorough with the cars purchase the evidenced is small there and constitutes fraud. We are spending 30k plus the 14k for the original car prices to get the car in the condition advertised. We ate looking to spend whatever it takes to restore the car to its advertised condition. We are willing to spend whatever out takes within reason to see this litigation through. Our documentation we've as insulated is enough to bury these guys for fraudulent advertisements.
