Wing Factory Mike Giovanni Worst wing restaurant in Atlanta Chamblee GA

Place is a complete joke! Ordered 2.5 hours ago and no food was delivered. Called several times and keep getting put on hold for 10-20 minutes at a time. Then finally they figured we were calling and each time thereafter they picked up phone and hung up on us every single time! Heard one girl say "I don't know what to tell him" before she put me on hold. I even texted the owner Mike because he used to be my neighbor and he gave me some fake 800 number that says I won a cruise. I think it's pretty bad business all the way around. I'm out 50 bucks because I paid already and they could care less about getting me my food or even giving me an answer where it is. I will NEVER go to this place ever again in my life due to the total lack of customer service.
