HI I've been a member of Wink Bingo UK for ages, and loved playing their fruit machines. I noticed though that no matter how much I gambled or played several of their machines that I never ever got the jackpot. I wondered about this and thought it's such a poor payout that I must surely have got to get it once. Nope.
Well I know these games are done in Flash the graphics programme and having a postgraduate certificate in multimedia asked in an email to their help desk is their action script (which is the code behind Flash) corrupt and does it say NO jackpot. It was sort of a joke. I even threatened to report them unless they came back and explained it to me. I was sort of hoping I was wrong and they'd give me some free plays.
SO guess what happened?? I got ignored and I mean ignored So I tried again, then I try to log on to my account and I'm blocked. Then I'm told they can't find me on their system and I don't exist nor have I ever played!! I have the emails and credit card statements to prove differently.
Is that someone with something to hide or what? They have blocked me even though they owed me some money as in cash back etc. and say I don't exist. They use the same software as Foxy which is a good site or so I thought and I think they belong to the same company as I can't get into that bingo account either. I'm horrified.
I do exist and I have spent hundreds if not thousands of pounds with them and to be just blocked and told I don't exist is pretty far out and stinks of guilt to me. Why else would they do it?? Another company would get back to you saying something like sorry you feel like that but we don't the payouts are fair blah blah. NOT WINK. Please won't someone help me?

If they have something to hide then, why do you want to continue to spend money with them? On the other hand, if you just like playing the games then maybe you should contact them and apoligise, tell them it was a poor joke and maybe they will let you come back.
