I have been round and round with these people. They first called and offered a package of magazines that appeared to be a pretty good deal but turned out to be way more expensive than individual subscriptions. After their account was paid off they offered bonus time etc. I told them I did not want anymore time and please cancel. I called because they sent me a late notice and insisted that I signed up with them for magazines again and one of the magazines on the list I have never received. They insist that the magazines cannot be cancelled and I have 14 more months to pay. I asked for paperwork for changing the magazines and received it but it says I have zero issues and zero years left and to change a mag I need a full year left. A return call got me an answering machine that advises me that I will get a callback within 24 hours. I am not holding my breath on that one.
