After seeing the endorsement from Linda Parelli for Winnie's Cookies, I ordered the free samples from their website. The sample bags said order any size and your first refill is free. I ordered 8 dozen , then a few weeks later went to order my free refill from Winnie's Cookies from the free sample bag. They said they are using 10 yr old baggies and they "expired." I just received them after watching Parelli Natural Horsemanship on RFD-TV,  show. What a scam. Has this happened to anyone else? Winnies Cookies knowingly sends out bags they have no intention of honoring the advertised "free refill" to. I was enticed to place my first order, knowing my first refil would be free. Not so, according to the rude Customer Service rep at Winnie's Cookies.
