 Richard Wilson of Winrock Plaza resorts contacted me via email multiple times about potentially having a buyer for our timeshare. I answered the questions and he said he had a buyer, sent a purchase agreement and we reviewed on the phone; the only out of pocket cash for me was a title search for in $200. I bit. After signing the contract sending $ via TransUnion (May 9) I have not heard from him, nor has he responded to multiple emails I've sent. When I call, I just get mail box is full.
