Winrock Plaza Resort, Albuquerque, nm @ Richard Wilson Scamed a Owner of a time share. Paid money down on a sale of my time share & never heard from them & can't get in contact them at all. Using Winrock Plaza Resort 2100 Louisians Blvd NE. Albuquerque, NM as address Albuquerque, New Mexico

   I was contacted by Richard Wilson  of Winrock Plaza Resort  of Albuquerque, NM. that he had a buyer for my Time Share in Kissimmee,Fl.  for the sume of $22,700.00. & that the buyer had put a deposit of $3500.00 on the property. I was requested to send 150.00 to cover the cost of the city and county Transfer Taxes ,title search fee and money transfer fee, by western union. to a Alice Bailey of  FL. Suppsoedly of Winrock Plaza Resorts He sent me a offer to purchase and I looked at it. look ok. said he would send me the paper work to look over. then I was to call him when I get it. but the paper work never came. I can't reach him I also can't reach Winrock Plaza Resorts to find out what has happened.  I am afraid that this is a scam. and now I am out 150.00.
