On October 18, 2006, a charge for $46.85 appeared on my Visa for Winsor Pilates which is distributed thru Guthy Renker. I promptly called the number shown, asked what the charge was for, was told it was a set of exercise tapes I had not ordered, had not authorized, and did not want. I was given a Return Authorization number and told my refund would be processed when the item was returned. The process would take 3-4 weeks before the credit could be given.
Upon further questioning, I was told the item had not even been shipped but the process could not be 'interrupted' and the return information was repeated. As of October 28, I have received nothing, continue to hear that the item is 'due to be shipped' and still cannot get this charge reversed.
I am sorry I did not consult RipOff report earlier as I see questionable business practice is the norm for Guthy Renker.
