I am a veteran who was seeking housing. I went to a veteran facility which help vets to aquire information on where veterans are welcomed. This one place was for vets and according to the information given; it was according toward the individuals income. I moved in during the summer. When winter came there was no heat because the heater was broken and the License and Inspection's inspector was trying it best to get into the house to inspect the place. The elecricity eventually was shut off and during the intire winter there was no heat and the electricity was finally turned on after everyone's food was spoiled. Ive be here a little over a year and there are several ceilings still to this day leaks. My door to my room was forced open several times when I am not home. The landlord took a circular saw and drill a slit in the door frame and placed a piece of metal in it instead of placing a proper lock assembly. These people are trying to use vets to make money and placing them into horrible conditions. License and inspections needs to come and take a good look at this place.
