Hey Ryan Anderson, how is that working out for you with Winston and Xenex, oh that's right you are not sending him any more business, you are writing for another processor, care to elaborate why???????????

botttom line first off is Winston Sylvester  is a man of integrity and would never take away someones residuals/ income unless a there was a long long long breach of contract. i have been working with winston sylvester/ xenex for the last 8 years and I have been paid every penny owed to me without question and i love working with the team at xenex.

winston sylvester is not a greedy business man but a smart business man with a lot of integrity that knows how to protect his business. Winston is a man of his word and always pays every penny of residuals that are owed to his ISO's (that haven't broken the contract a million times and basically spit in his face) the words in parenthesis are key to this situation and if there is anyone in this industry that you would want to work with, its Winston Sylvester.

the facts are that your boss mr bob derthick screwed him self out of all your residuals by taking Xenex clients, that he signed up with Xenex and turned around and signed them up with other companies. this is a breach of contract and a total act of greed by your boss who wanted the lease money and couldn't help him self and his sticky little fingers but to cheat and steal from xenex by using his employees to do his dirty work and thats ultimately why you and everyone else lost everything. you should take out your frustration on the right person your boss "bob derthick".

i would run from the company you work for before this becomes a regular occurrence for you and your family.

a red flag should go up when a company has changed their dba name 3 or 4 times in the passed 10 years. a bunch of rotten crooks is what i call them but i guess now there called "best rates direct"  "merchant service center" "merchant direct services"  "A and A processing". get the hint? who changes there name that many times? crooks? if they deal with credit card processing for businesses and their out of Davison, Mi,  i would "run forest run!!!"

be very careful working for someone like bob derthick who has a long history of stopping payment on hard earned residuals from young kids, adults and people that are terminally ill like Clinton k whom i feel very sorry for and my heart goes out to you.

a word of advice....work for a credible company and dont put your childrens safety and health in the hands of a man like bob derthick because your setting your self up for failure.
