I downloaded a program to update drivers for windows 10. I never was able to get all the stages to be able to use the program, so I never used it. I paid $29.95. I uninstalled the program because I couldn't use it. I sent them an E-Mail, to have my money returned. They said I would receive an answer in 2 business days, Now nothing.
