i filed a report 11/29/2012. #961587. well i got them to give me a refund on 11/30/2012. then on 12/2 2012 they went back into my account and took the money again without my permission! now they say that they cant find any charge to my account even when i have my bank statement to prove it .

Wipe New is misleading Their advertisement, Double The Size, is supposedly a larger bottle. You don't receive two for your money in the mail. They don't even tell you how big the bottle is unless you read the very fine print. Also, they charge you double the shipping and processing (S&P) of $7.99 for the double size, so you end up paying $15.98. But still... it's one bottle. Wallingford Connecticut
