i ordered  wipnew  for  shining older plastics on  cars. The  order  was for a double  order  for  $19.99 plus  freight.

They  double  my  freight  charge. I  paid  $17.00 to have them  ship me  2  (2 ounce )  bottles. I called them and  asked for a freight  refund. They laughed. They  said  I had  double  order  so  double  freight. I asked for a full refund and  they laughed  again.  I shipped my  unopened package back to them  at a  cost of  $5.15.  I am  now  out  $22.15  in  freight  charges because of their scam. It  sounds like they dont  care becasue they are making more  money  on  freight  scams that selling their  product. I would like  to know  that  your organization is making this  scam common  knowledge.
