RIPPED OFF!
I had my social security benifits on direct deposit to a pre-paid debit Mastercard that was deposited into Centennial Bank by the Social Security Administration. I went to prison in October 2007, but the direct deposit began on November 2007, and continued until October 2008. The bank returned the benifit check payment of October 2008 to Social Security Administration. Furthermore, the bank in question is refusing to assist me in the location of 10 months of benifits that were paid to my account. Thier position is that, in fact, the account is a Wired plastic account. However, Wired plastic claims it is not. In the reality I have lost 10 months of benifits that I must repay the Social Security Administration, almost $8,000. I need help, but do not know where to begin. If anyone has a any input please do so. Thank you.

I would file for a reconsideration request stating that you did not receive the benefits, and did not use any of the benefits, and can not afford to pay it back. Also I would contact the Owner of Wired Plastic, as I am a card holder and have been since 2004. His information is:

My advise, contact him with a demand for the money, and follow through with a lawsuit, as because he is doing business as Wired Plastic, what his company does, his personal assets can be attached and sold off for paying you.
Also, I believe you can have Wired Plastic investigated by the Attorney General's Office and the Social Security Adminsitration's Office of Inspector General.
