I ordered and returned everything per their instructions in a timely fashion. For reasons I can't explain and will probably never know, the return merchandize arrived "late". It took more than 3 weeks for the package under their shipping code to transit the US. The company has my money and my phones, and talking to their "customer service " is like talking to a human robot somewhere in India. The company is a total outrage. They advertise that 100% satisfaction is guaranteed. It should be tough luck sucker!

The company claims tremendous customer satisfaction but if you look around the internet you'll find many, many folks complaining about their unethical business practices. Any contract with them is written with ill will towards you, the customer.

They should be sued out of business.
