  I ordered a Galaxy Note 3, and paid for overnight shipping on February 12, 2014. Checked the order status later in the evening, only to find "order cancelled - your card will be refunded". There was no reason given, it seems to be an arbitrary decision. The charge went through the bank and posted. There was no charge back or dispute, though I'm considering filing one now. These idiots do not understand I now have to wait 7-10 business days for the money to refund back to my account, so I may shop elsewhere. This of, course, completely renders useless the whole purpose of overnight shipping in the first place!! Attempts to remedy this situation hit a brick wall immediately. Both their fully automated hotline and internet "support" stonewalled me the moment I entered my order number in either place. No other means of immediate communication through chat or telephone are available. I sent an email to the company, hoping to hear back in a timely fashion, but emails can be ignored, so I'm not holding my breath. I've already been treated like s**t and deprived of 720 dollars for 7-10 business days, so why change now? Save your sanity, money, and dignity, and please shop somewhere that will treat you as a human being. -Steven
