Wirefly.com - Inphonic - Cingular rebate ripoff false advertisement thieves dishonest liars stole my money Phoenix Arizona

In Oct. 2005 I sent wirefly.com $400.00 for two razor phones because they advertised in their web site that the full amount would be refunded via rebate if you would sign a two year contract with Cingular, I did and once I received the rebate forms I had to wait 6 months before I could submit the rebate, I waited and I sent all the forms required by them, after a couple of months went by I started sending them e-mails, asking on the status, they never answered them, now 10 month later I searched my status on the rebatestatus.com and they noted that they were not responsible in refunding me, that it was Inphonic that I would have to wait for, I as of today have not heard anything from Inphonic and I have kept e-mailing them at rebatestatus.com and they do not answer me, and they have not provided me with any information on who to contact in Inphonic.

Be ware of these companies they are thieves and are out to rip off the consumer, they make you pay, sign a two year contract and then they disappear and Cingular does not want to take responsibility even though they are selling their service, I called Cingular and explained the rip-off and told them that they have to be aware of what is going on since they are selling their services and their answer was that they have no knowledge of this and that they were not going to take responsibility, that I should have gone directly through them
and they could not help me, but yet I am stuck with their two year contract, which is very expensive.
