Wireless Experts Inc. Customer service failure Los Angeles California

I ordered the Zenwatch 2 from the walmart website online not realizing it was a third party. However i recieved the item and i did not meet the expectations and the watch battery quickly dies and the range the phone has to be from the watch to send notifications is literally to the point I am holding the phone next to the watch. I have called up to 10 times today and 10 times yesterday I was able to speak with the young lady for about 30 seconds yesterday and I have sent at least 5 emails in regards to this matter. I simply would like to return the Asus zenwatch 2 for a full refund. As the young lady requested I have an order number a tracking number a date of purchase. Yet I can not get a hold of anyone again! The phone rings and the tells you the office hours (which im calling within ). The refund policy does indicates a 30-day return policy and I am 5 days till the end of that timeframe however I have been trying for 3 days to return the watch. I have been waiting for some sort of communication. I dont know what to do. This all seems shady. I feel like I should call the Better Business Bureau to report them. I have records of all of these calls as well as emails as an attempt to get ahold of this company . I'm starting to understand the one-star review this company has received online for the lack of customer service given. If I had known then what i know now I definitely would not have purchased from them.
