This company makes it very difficult, if not impossible to receive a full or even partial rebate...even if you do it all correctly and then repeatedly send them copies of the submittals via signature required delivery confirmations. They are not honest and it is definitely a scam. I personally used wirefly.com and chose cingular as my carrier but it does not matter...because I have many friends and family who used their other deceptive company fronts and who chose sprint or verizon or one of the other carriers and we have all had the exact same issues. Either no rebates after almost a year or partial rebates because the company changes the rebate amount AFTER the purchase and submittals.

The Attorney General in Washington DC has sued this set of companies and it will be interesting to see the outcome. Check out the Attorney General website to see that this is a true statement. Good luck and be persistant...I have received 50% on my rebate after getting an attorney's advice on this issue. He advised a final demand for payment sent delivery confirmation with a 10 days from receipt for final payment. Try it, it may work.
