Wireless Retail, Inc. Successfully sued Wireless Retail for Fraud, Breach of Contract and Misrepresentation Scottsdale Arizona

Wireless Retail, Inc. is a corporation devoid of ethics. White collar crime is a serious issue which ultimately leads to criminal warrants being served. Wireless Retail's time is due. Please report your issues to the Federal Communications Commission and the Attorney General of your state, so the corporate officers will end up in prison where they belong.

I sued Wireless Retail, Inc. for Fraud, Misreprepresentation and Breach of Contract. I won on all three counts. The issues are complex, based on esoteric legal theory, and needn't be recited here. However, rather than pay the judgment, which was substantial, Wireless Retail submitted a false debt to a collection agency. How amusing. I am merely waiting for that debt to appear on a credit report so that I may file another lawsuit against Wireless Retail for Libel, Defamation of Character, and applicable federal statutes.
