WirelessstoreUSA Seller: Defective refurbished cell, not NEW as advertised on EBAY, No SATISFACTION, partial refund not enough Internet

Paid $93.99 for advertised as NEW LG VX8350 Dec 15, 2009 from WirelessstoreUSA on Ebay, paying with PayPal minutes after sale. Received Dec. 18. Phone hinge snapped off on Jan 14, got RMA # by calling company to return phone. Sent phone back asking for REFUND. There was a 60 day warranty against defect. The cell phone hinge was defective or it would not have snapped when I closed lid. but company said it was user caused and would not be covered. Received phone call advising such.  Woman Offered another "new" phone for an additional $32, or to send back my broken one since they were not covering it with the warranty.  I told her I wanted the offer in writing. She kept talking. I repeated that I needed the info in writing. She kept talking so I had to hang up on her to get her to listen.  This morning I got an email stating that I would be given a $32 partial refund, no explanation.  I am not happy and have sent the owner another email asking for a complete refund, since I believe it was a defective phone. I sincerely think I did not cause any damage. the plastic just snapped when I was ending a call. I am waiting for some kind of a reply. I don't think I will get any satisfaction. The woman was rude, said there was no supervisor for me to talk to that SHE was the supervisor. The owner only comes in once a week to "check on things" -- so BEWARE everyone.  There are no more listings on Ebay listed  by this company name. But that doesn't mean they didn't change their name. So that should tell us to all beware of whom we do business with....I only wish I could dispute the charges with PayPal....good luck all.
