My daughter inquired about getting an i-phone but decided against it.  She dealt with the store manager named Alex.  Over a month later I received a bill for this phone as well as a contract extension and added services that NOBODY had authorized or signed for.  When I confronted this individual he showed me the phone (the box still wrapped in the unsigned contract) which had been sitting there for weeks.  He claimed it was a simple mistake but could offer no explanation as to why we weren't contacted about the phone when nobody picked it up despite having weeks to do so.  What followed was another 3 weeks of excuses and lies while nothing was in fact done.  I contacted the service provider on numerous occasions to verify this and finally had to file an official report and am waiting to see if a final resolution is forthcoming.  I'd like to warn anyone thinking of visiting this store; BEWARE they are interested in one thing and one thing only, GETTING YOUR MONEY!
