I had the wirex app for about two weeks, once I began to send my find from mining to it I thought it was pretty neat.  I had about two or three deposits to it, then I attempted to log into my account... Error.... Tried to login from my laptop.... Error... Very generic Error too stating "There is an error in our application please try again later.'  So I contatc support... that was a real joke... they requested that I clear my browser cache... yeah that didnt work... after going back and forth with this guy, Ale Vin, who said his way of troubleshooting is that they try to log in to their accounts, and it worked for his account (the spport guy who works at wirex) so the issue must be on my device/s... So I then put it to test... being in IT I have access to servers internationally... and alas... yeah just as I expected, same reslut... then after a google, and reddit search, I find that I am not their only victim, but hundreds if not thousands of people experincing the same thing...  For some reason when this guy, Ale Vin of Wirex Support, found out, probably due to my '.gov' email that I worked for a branch of the government... he took that as a threat... like literally said verbatem "coming from the US gov't does not threaten me...."  I just had to laugh as it seemed this guy, Ale Vin seemed very immature and unprofessional, figured its probably not even his real name...

Either way, bottem line... these guys are scam artist... they got me for approx $150 worth of Bitcoin, which is pennies in comparison towhat I have seen others rant about losing to this fraudelent app.  I contacted the Apple App Store Dev Team and they are begginging and investigation, with possible removal from th app store pending their investigation.

I just hope no one else is scammed by these losers.
