Wise Auto Sales Used Car Dealer Warren Michigan

Puchased 2007 Kia Rondo from Wise Auto Sales in Warren, test drove and shared my concerns which were taken care of by the dealer, same week of purchased I took vehicle to my mechanic only to find out there were internal oil leaks, also took to engine shop on 8 mile and Kia dealership who confirmed this issue with only option to rebuilt or replace engine, also found that check engine light had been tappered with so it would not work.  Phone warranty company who indicated they would not cover the work since vehicle was sold in this condition and told me to take back to dealer who refused to do anything and would not return my downpayment, so I submitted my complaint to michigan automotive bureau and will most likely file small claim case.
