I also recently bought a CW5700 security camera from buy.com and when things didn't work right I made numerous attempts and never was able to contact WiseComm tech support. they don't answer emails, this is a company that either went under is about to. all retailers need to dump their trash products ASAP.

all my pc's have window 7. and none of their products work with windows 7. there is nothing on the product that says that, or on any site. they have no drivers online you can download, or anything else.

I will also never do any business with WiseComm again and would never buy anything from them again, and would tell everyone to stay away from them.
