Wiseradvisor charges $349 to sign up for their service. They promise qualified leads at $75 a piece on top of the $349 sign up fee. They send leads that have not been contacted or qualified. The automatically charge your credit card for these leads.
When speaking with three of these leads, one was a cab driver looking for info and says to "please stop calling me, I have no money", the other was a financial advisor looking for info and the third was just not interesed in doing anything. For this, we were charged $75 a piece.
The company refuses to reverse the charges and continued to charge the credit card for leads until I cancelled the card and filed a report with the credit card company. I am going to get an attorney and file a lawsuit. If other unhappy advisors have had similar experiences with this company, please respond to this and maybe we can get a class action lawsuit started.
