Wishpond Complaints against Wishpond Nationwide

On March 20th, 2014, I signed up for 6 months of managed campaigns via Wishpond and paid $3,600. I asked for a signed contract and I was told by r. Damir Akhmetchin, that they are not going to do a signed contract. Thinking that they are a well established business, I figured we can trust them.

By the time 6th month rolled away, our company had had only 2 campaigns that were mismanaged. We were promised (via an email) a long list of deliverable; instead we got less than 50% and on top of that, the project manager and sales rep wouldn't address issues or return emails.

When I complained and asked for a refund, I was made fun off. So I disputed via my credit card company and I got the following threatening email:

"...I can guarantee you that it will not play in your favour. We have dealt with chargebacks on our fully managed campaigns and annual plan subscriptions. None of the fully managed campaign chargebacks were successful for the client. 100% of the chargebacks on the F.M. campaigns were resolved in Wishpond's favour due to the reason that we keep all of the communication logs as well as we are always exceptionally upfront with our clients with regards to the costs and rules of our agreement. All financial institutions recognize that and thus resolve it in our favour. As a result, you the chargeback processing fee will be billed back to you."

We keep good records of our communication as well.
