Wits End Comedy humiliated, disappointed, embarrassed, upset Westminster Colorado

I received a phone call from this company stating that I had won unlimited free tickets to a show on a particular evening. I invited all my new colleagues and promptly called them back to report how many seats to reserve for my party. I was thoroughly embarrassed and disappointed when, after seeing all of the colleagues I had invited and reserved seats for on the line at 7:27 (for an 8:00 show), four of them were turned away at the door for turning up too late. The flier I was sent regarding this event states, we cannot guarantee that those arriving after 7:30 pm will be seated with you. Nowhere does it state that those arriving at 7:27 will be forced to wait on line in the snow, then turned away at the door. Further, the woman in the front would not allow my husband and I to forfeit our seats so that our friends could come in. Overall, the experience was humiliating and disappointing, and I would not return to this comedy club.
