How does Greg bypass any work laws and constantly make this poor women work everyday?

Turn on WJXR at anytime and you will hear her. 

I am only responding to the employee who complained about Greg coming in to collect all of the "cash on hand" during the day. I don't know how many retail stores or businesses you have work for but it is common practice for cash registers and tills to be emptied of excess cash several times during the day. It is actually done as a safeguard for both the individual receiving the money as well as the business owner. By collecting the excess cash during the day and putting it in a safe or taking it off site reduces the risk of possible theft. A thief is more likely to hit a business that is known to have a lot of cash as opposed to a business that has only $100 or so.

Removing excess cash also helps guard against lost money which would equal financial loss to the owner.  So before you criticize an owner or manager who removes excess cash throughout the day try thinking about what could happen if there were thousands of dollars laying around

 Thank you for all the ongoing evidence of this whole gangs involvement of probable Vengeance Terrorism Stalking and probable violations of the Hobbs Act (and probable violations on employee agreements). The videos, pictures, text, and personal visits on camera are all very great evidence for proof and clear positive identification of most all the gang members following your spurious lead and we all know the leader takes the greatest fall in the gang. You and your gang are spending hoards of time and gas victimizing WJXR, WJXR customers , WJXR advertisers and WJXR employees by doing nothing but vowing to destroy the company they all rely on for their paychecks, income or bargain items. And if you are owed money by a company and you have an IQ over 70 you would realize that a ruined company would not be able to pay you back so why would you be trying to ruin a company you say owes you? That is just illogical and stupid. And though you have an unusually high interest in a company you claim you no longer work for ....yes, all employees always get paid at WJXR but its interesting to note YOU knew about the WJXR payroll theft BEFORE the police did and you posted it here on this page! Why is it you brag about it and take such joy? Are you and your gang counting the payroll money at your table? Makes all readers and WJXR staff and LE wonder! I doubt the intelligent, logical, honest, hardworking , non-felons like WJXR staff, WJXR customers, and WJXR advertisers or other WJXR vendors would want to join you and your gang just to arrive at YOUR ultimate goal plan which obviously is for all your gang to land in the pokey playing cards in the yard for many, many years! The WJXR staff are the hardest working and most dedicated staff and strive to give their advertisers first class service and results. Everyone knows they work 24/7 for WJXR to insure the advertisers bargains keep coming to the WJXR customers! That is a positive, worthy mission unlike yours!

I am a bargian channel emplyee and have been for several years. As much as I enjoy my job, and the listeners who call, the truth is that greg is known as not paying. We take multiple calls everyday in the office of people who are looking for Greg and looking for the money he owes to vendors and companys. even though I may not agree with Vernon and Don about everything that has been said I know they are owed money. I ahve heard other employees in this company laugh about how Greg is screwing this one and that one. I even heard how they were trying to have Vernon fired from his regular job but were not able to do so.The truth is we did not receive our paychecks last night because supposedly gregs car got broken into and pay roll was stolen, I dont know if it is true or not, but Ms. Donna called the emplyes and told them that payroll would not be there so dont come out to the mv office. rumor is that Ed loaned him the money for payroll and is buying into the company as part owner. Thats the rumor going around again dont know if it is true or not. I love my job and the customers we deal with. the problem with the bargain channel is the owners. he is constantly calling every 5 minutes to the offices to see how much money we have taken in during the day then comes in and takes all the money out of the cash box. there are times when we start the day with 5 or less in our cash boxxes. I hope Ed does take over from Greg and makes the changes needed. We barely have any new merchandise because all of the vendors are owed money and wont come back. at least with Ed we know we would get paid and not have to worry about taking care of our familys.

As far as posting previous to a police report being filed I am most positive a time stamp of 7:23 PM can be found on my report on the "missing payroll."

Now if your claim of me posting before the payroll was true that means you may have filed a false police report. 

Filing a false police report is prohibited in Florida by statute. According to Florida Statute 817.49, anyone who knowingly misleads the authorities, or who causes someone else to mislead the police about the commission of a crime is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. The statute covers those who not only lie to the police, but those who report crimes that were not actually committed as well as misinformation about crimes that were.

Social media was a blaze from your employees last night, with one even walking off the job due to their non payment again. Although most were deleted today from pressure within the company I am pretty sure someone was smart enought to screen capture all the evidence needed. Although the names of the innocent will be blurred out in case it is needed in the future. :)

Now as far as calling us a "gang" as laughable as it is, it only furthers the point that the public has made about you avoiding the facts.

We are NO gang. I repeat NO gang. We only want the public to know the truth. It is funny how this post was made only after a professional courtesty was granted after more than 1 phone call last night asking us not to protest at The Breakers Today. Well since they cant control the mutt in their own backyard, we will enjoy our time out front of the Alligator Farm tomorrow.

***UPDATE*** 

As of today 9/12/14 there will be NO payroll for the WJXR employees again!

Supposedly Greg had his car broken into at the south side office today (9831 Beach Blvd.)

Another excuse to the employees, for not paying them yet again. Will be interesting to see what the fall out from all of this will be. I will be updating tonight as this story is breaking.

I am not a vendor nor do I wish to be, I simply wanted to add some information that i found through "CORE" regarding the bargain channel, Greg, Craig, and the wifee.  I had thought of becoming a vendor and heard a negative comment and decided to investigate for myself and found several court cases involving Greg and the station.  Make an account and login and you will see throughout the years of court cases against them.  Hope this will help in maintaining the facts in black & white. 

As noted not a single complaint about the Bargain Channel has been addressed. Instead their defense can be boiled down to character assassination in the attempt to discredit those who have wrongfully been hurt by Greg. The fact is if the Bargain Channel was innocent of wrong doing the best course of action would be for them to let the media get involved and fact check for themselves and allow the evidence to discredit those who have filed a complaint. The truth has nothing to hide when its cause is righteous and the fact that there are those who would rather stoop to name calling instead addressing actual issues is rather telling in itself.

I know the truth. I know who is the guilty party at fault here. And I know who here is lying. However most people do not have that advantage. So because of that I would ask anyone and everyone who has any doubt about the legitamacy of this protest to please contact the media instead and allow them to do an honest and thorough investigation. WJXR has nothing to lose if there claim of innocence is true. It will gain them free publicity and open doors to honest vendors and merchandisers for those who are interested as well the ability to file a defamation suit in return. But if they are in fact being dishonest then the best course of action will be for them to continue with the name calling, to continue with the smear campaign, and to continue trying to hide from these accusations instead of facing them head on.

If you are a listener of WJXR The Bargain Channel 92.1 FM and you have heard and seen of the protesting that is going on I ask you to please raise awareness of these current events that have been taking place within the past few days. The only people who can be hurt by the publicity and awareness of this protest are the ones who are guilty and in which case whoever that party is should be rightfully held accountable. Help the truth come out. Contact a member of the media and allow the innocent party to prevail.

So everyone that was previously mentioned is not only a career criminal, but now also unemployed as well?

Your attempt at casting a shadow of doubt over the facts that have been presented, not only in this series of reports, but all the previous reports, and litigation is obviously as thinly veiled as your identity on here.

Not that my issue is with them personally, as America is the land of second chances and they deserve theirs as well. But rather hypocritical of you to yell, felon, felon, felon, don’t trust him, when you currently employ 2. 

As far as being unemployed, who are you referring to? 

Mr. Williams? I think we both know that not only is he gainfully employed with the same company for almost 7 years now, he is also a full time student, Father, and husband. 

Can you say the same for your husband? I would absolutely hate for this to get "nasty" and for the public information of your husband’s extramarital affairs, including his other children in Ga. to be brought into such a public forum :)

Ray? www.raysdailydeals.com still seems to be up and runnign with lots of excellent actual deals without the worry of getting ripped off from the Bargain Channel. 

So who is it in particular that is unemployed? Can you be more specific? The community wants to know!

As far as the protesters standing outside your doors, if it does not bother you, why did Mr. Perich attempt a court ordered injunction on 9/10/14 in Baker County. Unfortunately, for Mr. Perich, the Honorable Judge Phyllis M. Rosier saw no reason to enforce an injunction and it was declined.

Do you dispute that happened? It is public information. Do you understand what is happening?

I want you to understand that we as a community are not going away. We will protest, we will write our state representatives, congressmen, local businesses and whoever it takes until our voice is heard. We the people demand that you pay your vendors, employees, and also stop lying to your customers. 

The citizens of NE Florida have decided enough is enough. Facebook, Twitter, and all forms of social media have been a buzz about what’s going on. Just today a major network television show even reached out to show possible interest in running a story.
