I had a Plumbing Main Line break a month ago.  I called few plumbers and they all told me that the main line was broken and I need to replace it.  Then came WK Plumbing & Sewer guys.  They told me otherwise.  I was told by them that the owner Wieslaw Kapusniak has been a plummer for 25 years and per his opinion "water jetting" the main line should clear up pipes and will save me thousands.  The cost of water jetting, he said, was $750 and if it still didn't work they promised me to fix the pipes by digging up the street for $5000 total (with $750 in credit).  Since the other quotes for digging up the street where $6000 I agreed.  Who wouldn't trust a Polish Plummer giving you such a great deal!!

To my surprise water jetting worked as I was told.  I was happy and gladly paid $750.  After few days the line clogged again.  I called WK Plumbing and they told me that the pipe will have to be replaced  as the main pipe is broken.  I was okay with it, however, they told me it's going to be $6000 because there is lot of work.  I was not happy but was cornered by this time since I had already given them $750 for water jetting and they promised to credit me.  I agreed.

The work began after 2 weeks of calling them and with tons of excuses.  All this time the main as still clogged living us in pain.  I was told that it's a standard procedure for a home owner to put a $1000 bond required by village for a PERMIT.  So I did.  After a few days they claimed that the work was done and I had to pay them.  I insisted that they wait till the bond is returned to me.  WK Plumbing made a big fuss about it so I paid them since I thought the was complete and they are professionals.  To my surprise, the village called me after 3 days and told me that WK Plumbing didn't compact the soil very well and there is a 4 inch drop in the street.  Village public works had to go there and fix it the right way, so I have lost my bond.   WHAT A NIGHTMARE.  I called WK Plumbing several times... yet to hear back from them.... I am out $7000, with a possibility that the village still might come after me if the street keeps dropping.......

my advice........ RUN FAST if you see these guys coming your way.  Hope I can save few more consumers sharing my experience.
