I bought an educational CD from Free-CDSoftware.com when I was finished with the order a voice said congratulations, Be sure to check the box below for the free $10.00 coupon on your next purchase. Since I had just given them my credit card number and bought their product I checked the box. It transfered me to another site with no warning. I went back and read the little box and found it was to another company. I did not intend to give my card to another company and I was given no warning that this would be done. It is a case of fraud, by every defination of the term. If this attempts to use my card for this purpose I intend to file suit and demand a trial by jury because I know they will agree with me and not be swayed by any of the current attemps to usurp our constitutional rights.
I will complete my investigation and return to update this report as I get further details.
